Private and Semi-Private Personal Fitness Training
The Body Firm offers private, one-on-one training sessions where you will receive; detailed instruction on proper exercise technique, cardiovascular conditioning training programs, body fat composition analysis and, lifestyle and weight management counseling.
We also offer semi-private training. This is not to be confused with “group” training, where each participant is doing the same workout. With semi-private training you will be working on your own individualized program in a group setting. This efficient, highly effective workout session is sure to keep you motivated and encouraged while proving most affordable for your lifestyle. |
