Get in Shape and Support a Great Cause

Saturday, April 17, 2010 marks the fifth year of the annual Pat's Run in Tempe. Proceeds from the race benefit the Pat Tillman Foundation, which gives scholarships to service men and women, and veterans.
The race is in honor of local hero Pat Tillman, who died serving the country in Afghanistan. Tillman uselfishly gave up his career as an Arizona Cardinal to serve in the military following the Spetemeber 11th attacks.
Last year, we took on the Pat Tillman Run with our clients. We set up two differet training programs: one for walkers and one for runners. Not only was it as fun, it was a great source of motivation too.
This year, we are continuing the tradition of staying fit, and helping a great cause. If you are interested in walking or running with us, stap by The Body Firm today. For more information about Pat's Run, visit www.pattillmanfoundation.org.
