People who have received medical treatment for illness or injury often find themselves in a strange predicament: they are out of the healthcare system, but not ready to undertake an exercise regimen by themselves. Our wellness program focuses on functional exercises, flexibility, stability and recovery (myofacial release). Extra attention is paid to modifying exercise intensity, duration and mode while adapting to the biomechanical changes as the pregnancy advances.
